Who we are

Gatefeed (« we ») turns e-commerce catalogs into product feeds for advertising and shopping channels (Google Shopping, Meta, AI assistants). Contact: contact@gatead.com.

Data we process

Account data — email address and authentication data of Gatefeed users. Store data — public product catalog information (titles, prices, images, availability) imported from the store the user connects, used solely to generate and synchronize product feeds. Connection credentials — API keys granted by the store platform (e.g. WooCommerce API keys), stored encrypted and never shared.

The WordPress plugin

Our WordPress plugin sends only your site's domain name to our API (gatefeed.gatead.com/api/verification/token) to retrieve your Google site verification token. No personal data, content or analytics are collected by the plugin.

Third parties

We share feed data with the channels the user explicitly connects (e.g. Google Merchant Center). Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting: Vercel & Supabase (EU data residency where available).

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data at any time (account deletion is available in the dashboard settings, and removes your store data). GDPR requests: contact@gatead.com.
